Warranty Coverage
- LED Headlight Bulbs: 2 Years
- LED Fog Light Bulbs: 18 Months
- Other LED Bulbs: 18 Months
The warranty starts from the date you receive your order.
What Is Not Covered?
- Purchases from unauthorized dealers
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
- Lost or stolen products
- Installation, labor, diagnostic, towing, rental car, or other related costs
- Clearance items or products specifically excluded from warranty coverage
How to Claim Your Warranty?
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to help us evaluate the problem.
In most cases, you will not need to return the defective product. We will let you know if a return is required.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, SNGL Lighting will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with a comparable product.
If the product is discontinued or out of stock, we will offer a refund or a comparable replacement. If the replacement has a price difference, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
Warranty Replacement Policy
Each product is covered once during its applicable warranty period.
A replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
