Shipping Policy

U.S. Domestic Shipping. 
1.FREE SHIPPING on all products within 50 States USA!
2.We ship 5 Days a week (Mon-Friday) excluding major Holidays.
3.Our products will ship out from a designated warehouse which is more convenient to arrive at your address, arriving in about 3-6 days by economy / standard shipping.

International Shipping 
SNGL Lighting is Free Shipping worldwide covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, and etc.
U.S. domestic orders are shipped from our USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from China Factory Warehouse.
International orders are shipped from our China Factory warehouse.

Delivery Time
U.S. domestic shipping: about 3-6 Working Days
International shipping: about 7-15 working days
SNGL strive to ship your item out as quickly as possible. Orders will be handled and shipped out within 48 hours. These items are tested for 100% operation prior to shipment.
We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely. But, due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Tracking
Tracking Number will be uploaded and Emailed to you typically within 24 hours of shipment. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order.
(Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1-2 working day after your order has been shipped.)

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment.
